Objective
Drift Prep, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of families during their teens' transition to adulthood, approached Mavoc Technologies with the goal of creating a new logo. The client wanted a logo that would reflect their mission of offering career exposure, ACT prep, financial literacy, and skill development programs in Birmingham City Schools. They also wanted the logo to convey a sense of empowerment, growth, and community impact, while being easily recognizable and inclusive.
Solution
Mavoc Technologies conducted thorough research into nonprofit education and youth development, as well as Birmingham City Schools' community. Several logo concepts were developed, each focusing on different aspects of Drift Prep's mission and values. After collaboration with the client, a final logo was chosen that featured a vibrant and welcoming design, incorporating elements that symbolized education, empowerment, and community support.
Result
The new logo was met with enthusiasm by the client and has been successfully integrated into all of Drift Prep's branding materials. The logo effectively conveys the organization's mission of enhancing the overall well-being of families and teens in Birmingham City Schools. It has been used on their website, promotional materials, and program materials, helping to enhance their brand image and attract support from donors and partners.
